A clean and shining face makes you stand out, similarly unhealthy, rough skin gives a dull expression. Sometimes tiny black spots known as blackheads appear around nose, forehead, chin and on other parts of the body making skin uncleaned and rough. The sebaceous glands are found near the surface of the skin that excrete an oily substance called sebum, when sebum mixes with dead skin cells or dirt blocking sebaceous  glands that lead to the formation of blackheads around the nose or other body parts.

There are various causes of blackheads or close such as hormonal fluctuations in puberty and pregnancy, dirt and pollution, excessive use of cosmetics, application of oily and greasy foundations etc. How to remove blackheads is a question that is frequently asked by many people. Nose strip

  • The different cosmetic companies in the market that are producing nose strips. Buy a nose strip of your favorite cosmetic company.
  • Wash your face with lukewarm water to remove dirt and oil particles.
  •  Open the nose strip and apply the sticky side of strip properly on your wet nose.
  • Let it dry for ten to fifteen minutes, now hold the strip from one side and remove with jerk, nose strip will take out all the dirt, dead cells and oils from pores leaving your nose soft and clean.

Steam your face

This method is old one people in all times people used this method to cure cold, however this is very much effective for blackhead removal as well.

  • Take a bowl and pour boiling water in it.
  • Place your head over the bowl containing hot water.
  • Cover your head and bowl with a towel. Be careful not to place your face to close to the warm water, to burn your face.
  • Breathe in the hot steam.
  • Steam for 10 minutes this will open pores and leaving your skin clean, supple and soft.
  • Once your pores are open take a cotton ball and any astringent, apply any astringent with a cotton ball to affected areas to remove blackheads.

Lemon and honey

  • Take a half  lemon.
  • Now squirt honey on lemon.
  • Rub this on the nose and other areas from where you want to remove blackheads.

Aloe Vera Gel

  • Apply aloe vera gel daily before bed for blackhead removal.
